Agribusiness Growth
GRASP AgriInnovate25 Programme
GRASP AgriInnovate Programme is the second phase of the EU funded initiative for agri based entrepreneurship implemented by the International Trade Centre (ITC). It focuses on empowering agricultural MSMEs and startups through digital skills, ecommerce readiness, incubation and acceleration support.

3 Programme Streams
AgriInnovate 25 is a comprehensive programme designed to revolutionize Pakistan's agriculture sector through three specialized streams tailored to different stages and types of agribusiness. While startups will progress through Incubation and Acceleration tracks, SMEs
engage in a parallel E-commerce Readiness bootcamp supported by a dedicated Learning Management System (LMS) for flexible and self-paced learningIncubation
Our incubation stream supports early-stage startups that have already developed a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and are ready to transform it into a market-ready solution
Acceleration
Acceleration stream targets established startups ready to scale. Focus will be on building investment readiness, developing scaling strategies and strengthening systems
E-commerce Readiness
E-commerce Readiness Bootcamp empowers Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and Small Growing Business (SGBs) to embrace digital transformation and enablement
Programme Objectives
Agriculture employs nearly 40% of Pakistan's labour force and contributes around 23% to GDP, yet it faces low productivity and technology gaps. GRASP addresses these challenges by strengthening SMEs in the agriculture and related sectors by promoting value chain development, enabling technology adoption, and supporting gender-inclusive growth. The AgriInnovate Programme focuses on creating resilient, competitive businesses fostering innovation, and enhancing access to new markets through digitalized services and smarter practices.
